Deep relaxation and restoration for the mind, body and spirit (90 mins)
Service Description
Includes aura clearing and thorough clearing and balancing of the energetic body during a one-hour treatment, followed by an intuitive reading. We’ll begin with a check-in to discuss how you're feeling and whether there are any specific concerns you’d like to focus on. The treatment is offered with a light hands-on or hands-off approach, depending on your comfort and preference. The session is mostly silent, with sound healing to support deep relaxation and restoration. We’ll close with space to reflect and discuss any intuitive messages that came through. In-person sessions are available in the Woodbridge area. If that location doesn’t work for you, please consider a virtual session, which is equally as effective.
Cancellation Policy
I truly value the time we set aside to work together. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule and make that time available to others. That said, I completely understand that life can be unpredictable. If something comes up and you’re unable to give a full 24 hours’ notice, please just let me know as soon as you can. I appreciate your consideration and will always work with you to find the best solution.
